❻偽痛風

Point
◦CPPD症は、偽痛風（急性CPP結晶関節炎）だけでなく、多彩な臨床像を呈する。
◦髄膜炎や化膿性椎体炎など感染症を十分に考えながら、経過が合わない時はCPPD症も考える。
◦関節リウマチやリウマチ性多発筋痛症を疑う時は、CPPD症の可能性も考慮する。
