❼甲状腺機能低下症

Point
◦甲状腺機能低下症は、幅広い年齢層に幅広い症状が出現するため、さまざまな疾患に化ける。
◦スクリーニングを行う際は、まずは甲状腺刺激ホルモン（TSH）のみ測定しよう。
◦甲状腺機能低下症と関節リウマチは密接に関連しており、疾患活動性にも関わっている。
◦なかには見逃すと生命予後に関わる疾患が隠れていることもある。
