文献概要

Case　80歳、男性。大腸がんStage 4で在宅医療を受けている患者の相談です。「腹痛と嘔吐があり、救急車を呼ぼうか迷っている」と訪問看護師から相談がありました。バイタルは比較的落ち着いているのですが、在宅で最期まで過ごす予定で先日退院された患者だと聞いているので困ってます（図1）。
