❶肩の疼痛

Point
●頸椎由来の痛みを除外すること。
　➡Jacksonテスト/Spurlingテストは陰性か？ 頸部可動で肩痛が増悪しないか？　肘関節屈曲動作、手関節回外動作はできるか？
●X線写真を必ず撮像して特徴的な疾患（骨折、感染や腫瘍、石灰沈着性腱板炎など）を除外すること。
●身体所見からよくある疾患を推測すること。腱板断裂や凍結肩の可能性は？ 肩峰下インピンジメント症候群の合併は？
　➡保存加療で改善しなければ、早めに専門医へ紹介を。
