Point
●急性脊髄疾患を疑う場合には、脊髄の解剖を理解して、障害される脊髄高位および病変部位を類推する。
●急性脊髄疾患は発症様式が重要である。
●脊髄MRI検査では、横断面での障害様式が鑑別に役立つ。
