今月のお悩み
　初期研修医の「外来研修」が始まって4年目になりますが、1年ごとに研修医が入れ替わり、かつ教えることが多岐にわたりすぎるので困っています。態度が悪い研修医には「ケツの穴から指突っ込んで、奥歯をガタガタ言わせてやろうか！」と思う気持ちをグッとこらえていますが、みなさんはどうされているのでしょうか？
