・急性心不全は慢性心不全の「発作（attach）」として捉える．
・Framingham基準はうっ血性心不全の診断基準を示した世界で最初の診断基準である．
・慢性心不全を理解するために「心不全クロニクル図」が有用である．
・慢性心不全の急性増悪には神経体液性因子（RAAS，SNS）の亢進が深く関与している．
・神経体液性因子が亢進する誘因はよくわかっている．
