急性心不全の呼吸管理はこうする！

Point
・急性心不全における呼吸管理は，「陽圧」と「投与酸素濃度」の調節が重要である．
・SpO₂≧95%を維持するように「投与酸素濃度」を調節するが，病態によっては，酸素毒性の観点から過剰酸素投与を回避しなければならない．
・「陽圧」は，血行動態へのメリットが多いが，右心機能低下が主病態の場合や過剰な陽圧は心拍出量を低下させることがあり，注意が必要である．
