急性心不全治療薬としての利尿薬のエビデンス

Point
・ループ利尿薬は急性心不全の現場で有用であり，早期に適切に使用すべきである．
・標準的な利尿薬治療にドパミンあるいはnesiritideを併用しても追加的な効果は期待できない．
・バソプレシンV₂受容体拮抗薬とアデノシンA₁受容体拮抗薬には，長期予後改善のエビデンスが認められていない．
