Low Cardiac Outputをどう診断するか？

Point
・low cardiac outputはクリニカルシナリオ（CS）ではCS3（収縮期血圧100mmHg未満）に分類される．
・急性心不全において血管拡張薬，利尿薬で反応が得られなければlow cardiac outputの存在を念頭におく．
・所見として脈圧減少，交互脈，四肢冷感，精神変調，ACE阻害薬で過度な血圧低下，腎機能悪化，低Na血症，高ビリルビン血症，などがある．
