急性心不全治療におけるカテコラミンの使い方

Point
・カテコラミンの使用は予後悪化に関連し，できるだけ避けるべきであるが，組織低灌流を認める症例には適応となる．
・カテコラミンの導入前後には，患者の状態を多角的に評価し，病態に合ったカテコラミンの選択と調整を行う．
・カテコラミン使用に際しては，常に離脱を意識し，離脱困難な症例の見極めと次の治療の検討を行う．
