急性肺血栓塞栓症を治療する

・治療の基本は抗凝固療法であり，疑った段階から未分画ヘパリンによる抗凝固療法を開始する．
・NOACは即効性を有し用量調整が不要なため，従来治療に比べ急性期治療が行いやすくなった．しかし，亜広範型/中-高リスク症例に対するNOAC単独治療の有効性に関するエビデンスはない．
・広範型/高リスク以上の重症例には，さらに積極的に肺動脈内血栓を溶解除去する目的で血栓溶解療法，カテーテル治療，外科的治療を選択する．
