Point
・右心は解剖学的にも生理学的にも左心と大きく異なるパートであることを認識する．
・右心不全治療は，原疾患の見極めと，右室特有の管理方法を理解することが重要である．
・今後，全く別のアプローチによるパラダイムシフトさえ起こりうる領域である．
