心房細動を合併した急性心不全

Point
・心房細動合併心不全患者では，心不全による死亡リスクが高まるため，心不全自体の管理を優先させるべきである．
・心房細動合併症例の中では，心不全発症後に心房細動を合併した症例が特に予後不良と考えられるため，それらの症例では心房細動を洞調律化させる努力が求められる．
・β受容体遮断薬の効果については，まだ未知の点が残され，その投与法や目標心拍数をよく吟味したうえで，さらなる検討に期待したい．
