慢性腎臓病を合併した急性心不全

Point
・急性心不全患者の慢性腎臓病（chronic kidney disease;CKD）の有病率は高い．
・CKD患者は心血管障害（cardiovascular disease;CVD）の高リスク患者群であり，急性冠症候群（acute coronary syndrome;ACS）の頻度も高い．
・CKD合併急性心不全においては，腎機能を維持するために血管拡張薬や利尿薬の使用を行う必要がある．
