心房細動のトライアル：「絶対の3つ」と「大事な3つ」

Point
・フレイルな患者に対しては抗不整脈薬によるリズムコントロールよりレートコントロールのほうが安全である．
・レートコントロールにおいて徐脈，100/分を超える頻脈は良くない．目標安静時心拍数は心不全合併の有無にかかわらず80〜90/分程度である．
・植込み型心電計で潜因性脳梗塞患者の心房細動検出率が上昇する．
