短い心房細動は予後に影響しないのか

Point
・基本的に持続時間の短い心房細動では血栓塞栓症に関する予後は良好と考えられる．
・“短い心房細動”患者においても，HATCHスコアが高い患者では持続性心房細動に移行しやすいため注意深い経過観察が必要である．
