Point
・心不全を合併した心房細動では，リズムコントロールとレートコントロールで臨床的アウトカムに差はない．
・まずは心不全治療と抗凝固療法を行い，そのうえでリズムコントロールとレートコントロールを組み合わせながら治療を行っていく．
・洞調律化を目指してリズムコントロールを積極的に試みるが，効果がない場合はレートコントロールに早めに切り替える．
