心拍数が安定した心房粗動はそのままでいいのか

Point
・心房粗動は，250〜350/分の心房興奮頻度の規則正しい粗動波を特徴とする上室頻拍と定義される．
・心拍数が安定している心房粗動においても，心機能を維持するために心房の担っている機能は可能な限り温存することが望ましい．つまり，洞調律化を狙うべきであると考える．
・「通常型」心房粗動であれば，解剖学的峡部のアブレーションで90%程度の高い成功率で治癒を期待できる．
