ペースメーカはなにが新しくなったのか

Point
・不必要な右室ペーシングは心房細動の発生や心不全入院のリスクを増やすことがわかり，その頻度を下げる工夫がされてきている．
・ペースメーカ植込み患者に無症候性心房細動の合併が予想外に多く，予後を悪化させている．現在，遠隔モニタリングなどを用いていかに対処するかを模索中である．
・MRI対応，リードレスペースメーカなど新しいハードウェアが開発されている．
