AEDは役に立っているか

Point
・市民によるAED電気ショックで，これまでに3,000人以上の心停止目撃例が救命されている．
・AEDの対象は心室細動であり，しかもほぼ10分以内の電気ショックが求められる点でその有用性に限界がある．
・AEDを戦略的に設置し，迅速に現場に届ける工夫と，市民への教育が有用性をさらに高める鍵となる．
