CHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアだけでは決められない

Point
・CHADS₂スコアやCHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアによって抗凝固療法の適応を判断するのが基本になります．
・CHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアが低値でも抗凝固療法を考慮しなければいけない病態あるいは社会的適応がある一方で，CHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアが2点以上でも出血リスクのほうが，抗凝固療法による利点を上回ると考えられる場合には抗凝固療法を控える場合もあります．
・近年，CHA₂DS₂-VAScスコアに代わるあるいは修正した新しいリスク要因も報告されています．
