心室期外収縮が右室流出路起源か左室流出路起源かを区別する理由

Point
・下壁誘導で下方軸を呈する流出路起源の特発性心室期外収縮は，その心電図波形から発生起源に特徴的な心電図所見を認めることが多い．
・アブレーション施行前に心室期外収縮の12誘導波形から右室流出路起源か左室流出路起源かを推定しておくことは治療方法や効果に大きくかかわってくるため，その綿密な検討が要求される．
