一次予防としての植込み型除細動器

Point
・一次予防としての植込み型除細動器（ICD）の適応は国内外で若干異なるが，これは各国における心臓突然死の特性やエビデンスの解釈の差異と関連している．
・本邦では一次予防としてのICDの割合が低く，虚血性心疾患においてその程度は顕著である．
・完全皮下植込み型除細動器（S-ICD）の今後の役割に関し，一次予防目的のICD治療における動向が注目される．
