ランジオロールを使う

Point
・超短期作動型β₁遮断薬ランジオロールの特性は，低用量で心抑制が小さく，徐拍効果が大きいことである．
・低用量ランジオロールは心不全を合併した頻脈性心房細動の心拍数コントロールに有用である．
・ランジオロールは，細胞内Ca^2＋ハンドリングを是正するため，心不全を合併した心室性不整脈の抑制，予防に有効である．
