Point
・治療の基本は肺静脈の隔離である．
・持続性心房細動において，心房の線状焼灼やCFAEアブレーションなどの追加焼灼が試みられてきた．
・最近のSTAR AFⅡという無作為割り付け試験では，追加焼灼のメリットは確認されなかった．
・しかし，この試験で結論が出たわけではなく，今後どの方法を用いるかさらなるエビデンスの構築が必要である．
