Point
・わが国では人口10万人当たり年間約50人の急性心筋梗塞が発症している．
・近年，欧米を中心に急性心筋梗塞の診断基準は従来のCK基準からトロポニン基準に移行している．
・トロポニン基準のみで診断されたCK上昇のない急性心筋梗塞（NSTEMI-CK）も回復期以降の予後は不良である．
