・ACSでは迅速な診断が求められるが，最も重要なのは問診であり，その後に心電図，心エコー，バイオマーカーなどを用いた総合的な評価を行っていく．
・心電図では典型的なST変化以外にも，様々な診断の一助となる所見を呈することがある．
・初期診断で判断困難な場合には，時間経過による変化を確認するために心電図や心エコーの再チェックを行うことで診断精度の向上が期待できる．
