Point
・急性冠症候群（ACS）は時に，急性大動脈解離や肺塞栓症，急性心筋炎，たこつぼ心筋症といった重篤な循環器救急疾患との鑑別を要することがあり，迅速で正確な診断が必要である．
・ACSを含む循環器救急疾患には様々な鑑別方法があるが，常に鑑別の視野を広く保ち，最重症の疾患を絶対に見落とさないようにすることが重要である．
