血栓吸引療法のコントロバーシー

Point
・急性心筋梗塞症例に対する血栓吸引療法は，早期に再灌流を獲得し，さらなる末梢塞栓の予防が果たせる可能性があり，有効な手段と考えられる．
・現在までの科学的なエビデンスをみると，“routine”での血栓吸引療法の有効性は認められていない．しかし，血栓塞栓症症例や発症から時間が経過した血栓を有する心筋梗塞症例では有効性が得られる可能性がある．
