Point
・NSTE-ACSは患者背景や重症度といった点において幅広い疾患概念である.
・個々の患者に対してリスクに応じた適切な治療方針を選択すべきである.
・リスクが高い症例ではより積極的に侵襲的な治療戦略をとるべきで,状況に応じて完全血行再建を検討する.
