Point
・ACSに薬物溶出性ステント治療後にDAPTは少なくとも12カ月継続が推奨されている．
・ACSを対象とした新世代の薬物溶出性ステントでの無作為試験の臨床成績はない．
・DAPT試験は，長期DAPTの有効性を示した臨床試験だが，ステント治療に続く1年間にイベントのない症例での検討である．
・DAPT試験からACS患者では，特に長期DAPT継続のメリットがあることが示された．
