ACSの脂質低下療法—PCSK9を含めて

Point
・急性冠症候群患者の二次予防において，早期の積極的脂質低下療法が重要である．
・脂質低下療法の中心はスタチンであり，急性冠症候群では可能な限り中-高強度のスタチンを選択する．
・今後，エゼチミブ，PCSK9阻害薬，選択的PPARモジュレーター，MTP阻害薬などの新規脂質低下薬による心血管イベント抑制効果が期待される．
