β遮断薬

Point
・β遮断薬は，心筋酸素需要を低下させ梗塞領域を縮小させると同時に，心室性不整脈の抑制と左室リモデリング抑制の効果を有し，予後を改善する．
・急性冠症候群の患者で，残存虚血・心機能低下・心室性不整脈がある場合にはβ遮断薬の適応である．
・再灌流に成功しており，左室機能障害がなく重篤な心室性不整脈を認めない場合，β遮断薬による予後改善効果は証明されていない．
