Point
・心原性ショック，重症心不全を合併したACSの死亡率は依然高く，補助循環を上手に使うことが予後改善に重要である．
・VAD，IABP，Impellaはそれぞれの特徴が異なり，それぞれの適応，エビデンスを熟知したうえで使用する必要がある．
