Point
・冠動脈ステント留置後の非心臓手術時抗血小板療法については，出血性合併症およびステント血栓症発症時の臨床転帰の両者を評価し対応する．
・ヘパリン置換はステント血栓症の予防に有効・無効いずれのエビデンスはなく，周術期の出血性合併症を増加させるリスクがある．
