Point
・大動脈弁通過血流速度が4m/sec未満の症例にclass Ⅰの治療適応はない．
・症状が大動脈弁狭窄症（AS）によるものなのかを慎重に検討する必要がある．
・二尖弁やリウマチ性ASに対するTAVIの有効性は確立していない．
