Point
・腎機能障害はTAVI施行患者における短期ならびに長期予後における死亡の独立規定因子である.
・腎機能障害はAKIの発症予測因子であるだけでなく,AKI自体が短期および長期予後における死亡を増加させる因子である.
・術前のスクリーニングにおいてMRIは造影CTとほぼ同等の測定結果であり,代替として使用可能である.
