Point
・TAVI後の4DCTにより検出される無症候性血栓症が問題視され，TAVI後レジメンの見直しの必要性といった大きな問題に波及している．
・至適抗血栓療法を模索するべく無作為化比較対照試験や観察研究が現在多く進行している．
