Point
・MitraClipは積極的治療介入が難しかったfunctional MR治療に存在するunmet needsを解消する選択肢として期待される．
・心不全症状改善や左室の逆リモデリングなどは示されているが，生命予後改善に関してはさらなるエビデンスの蓄積が待たれる．
