BPA治療の適応と実際

Point
・肺動脈血栓内膜摘除術（PEA）の適応にならないすべての症例がバルーン肺動脈形成術（BPA）の適応となりうる．
・病変の首座を考慮して治療を行えば，BPAはPEAに並ぶ根治的治療となることが期待される．
・BPAは致死的な合併症を起こすこともあり，誰もが試みるべき手技ではない．
