Point
・薬剤抵抗性閉塞性肥大型心筋症に対しては積極的に中隔心筋縮小術を積極的に行うことが症状の消失とQOL改善に確実に結びつく．
・外科的中隔心筋切除術と経皮的アルコール中隔心筋焼灼術（PTSMA）の良好な治療成績が報告されている．
・良好な治療成績を得るには詳細な画像診断を行い閉塞の原因を評価することが重要である．
・術中に超選択的心筋コントラストエコーを用いることで，有効かつ安全な治療成績が得られる．
