経カテーテル人工弁周囲逆流閉鎖術の適応と実際

Point
・溶血性貧血や心不全を来した人工弁周囲逆流に対する治療は,外科的再手術のほかに近年では経カテーテル人工弁周囲逆流閉鎖術が行われるようになっている.
・経カテーテル人工弁周囲逆流閉鎖術は人工弁周囲逆流の位置によっていろいろなアプローチのしかたがある.
・経カテーテル人工弁周囲逆流に用いられるデバイスはほとんどオフラベルデバイスであり,今後のさらなる専用デバイスの開発が求められる.
