腎動脈アブレーション—最新のエビデンスと今後の展望

Point
・治療抵抗性高血圧に対する腎除神経術（腎動脈アブレーション）は高血圧患者に対する新しい治療として注目を浴びている．
・しかしながらSymplicity HTN-3試験においては有効性を示すことができなかった．
・新しいデバイスを用いることで腎動脈アブレーションの有効性を示す報告もあり，また様々な臨床試験も現在進行中であることから，今後の展望が期待される領域である．
