Point
・膠原病に伴う肺高血圧症では，肺動脈性肺高血圧症だけでなく左心疾患や間質性肺疾患に伴う肺高血圧症，肺静脈閉塞性疾患，慢性血栓塞栓性肺高血圧症など多彩な分類がみられ，これらがしばしば混在する．
・肺動脈性肺高血圧症は血管炎タイプと血管リモデリングタイプに分けられる．
・全身性エリテマトーデスや混合性結合組織病では免疫抑制療法と肺血管拡張薬を組み合わせた集学的治療を行う．
・全身性硬化症では複雑な心肺病変を呈するため病態に応じたきめ細かな治療調整が必要である．
