Point
・肺高血圧症の確定診断に必須である侵襲的検査である右心カテーテル検査（right heart catheterization;RHC）について概説した．
・肺動脈造影検査の適応とその実際，肺高血圧症に合併しうる左冠動脈主幹部の狭窄について詳述した．
