Point
・肺高血圧症に対する薬物療法は近年急速に進化したが，薬物療法が無効な症例もあり，肺移植は最後の治療手段と位置付けられている．
・肺高血圧症に対しては脳死両肺移植が世界のスタンダードであるが，脳死ドナー不足の深刻な日本においては，生体肺移植も重要な治療手段となっている．
