・循環器疾患のフォーカスは院外と病院との連携にある．
・循環器医は心停止の予防対策のリーダーとなる．
・院外では市民の啓発，救急隊からの12誘導心電図伝送，心拍再開後の集中治療が重要．
・院内では冠疾患集中治療（CCU）から心血管集中治療（CICU）への再構築が必要．
