Point
・PCPSと呼ばれる循環補助として現在はV-A ECMOと呼ばれるようになり，体外循環装置が様々に応用されている，
・ECPRはV-A ECMOを用いた心肺蘇生法であり，従来に比べ良好な成績が報告されている．
・ECMOは侵襲を伴う処置のため，発生しうる合併症を理解したうえで管理を行うことが重要である．
