急性冠症候群

Point
・急性冠症候群（ACS）は心電図変化からST上昇型ACS（STE-ACS）と非ST上昇型ACS（NSTE-ACS）に分類される．
・NSTE-ACS患者では高感度トロポニン値を用いた診断アルゴリズムが有用である．
・STE-ACS患者では緊急冠動脈造影の適応，NSTE-ACSではリスク層別化により冠動脈造影の適応を判断し，再灌流までの時間短縮を図る．
